This service is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every disc will be found or returned. DiscKarma is a tool to facilitate returns, but the success of a retrieval depends entirely on the actions of community members.
DiscKarma is a non-commercial, community-run project. We are not responsible for any lost property, damages, or personal disputes that may arise between users. Any arrangements made to return a disc are done at your own risk.
You can terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your profile page. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
